TriVOX Set-Up with Combined
Telephone & Answering Machine
for Personal Voice Mail Box

Instructions

1.Even though you have an answering machine built into your telephone, you will need to have another standalone answering machine to act as the "auto-attendent". This enables the protection from Unwanted Callers and allows desired callers to ring your phone and leave messages at your Personal Voice Mail Box (the built-in answering machine).

2. Plug your "auto attendant" answering machine "line" into the wall phone jack.

3 . Before you apply power to the TriVOX, set your "secret code" extension number with the rotary dials on the TriVOX VN100 module with the included small screwdriver.

*** IMPORTANT ***

Set the TriVOX S/P switch to "S" (secondary). This allows only calls that dial your "secret" code to ring the phone.

5. Plug the LINE cord from the TriVOX module into your answering machine "phone" jack.

6. Plug the telephone "line" cord into your TriVOX module PHONE+DATA jack.

7. Distribute your secret code to authorized callers.

8. Now only callers with your code, can ring your phone and be able to leave a personal message on the built-in answering machine.

9. Other desired callers without your code, can leave a message on the "auto-attendant" answering machine for your later review.

Now you will have "Peace at Home".
